ICTPACK begins life as a group of like minded scholars at University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania. The founding team is made of up high school mates pursuing different programs like Telecommunications, Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
ICTPACK is officially incorporated in 2013 as a private limited liability company and sets up its first office in Dar es salaam. At the time, the core business is mainly development of web applications and web hosting. Later in 2015, digital banking and finance solutions are introduced to our customers. The office becomes home for the next two(2) years as business continued to grow.
Following years of rapid growth, ICTPACK shifts to a new office. The team is growing, customer base is growing, strategic partnerships are made and new business lines like ERP are launched. ICTPACK is awarded best entrepreneurial company of year in the category of Information Technology.
As competition intensifies, ICTPACK reorganizes internally to position itself to serve special niche markets. New products and business lines e.g IT Security are launched, investment in RnD is doubled.
